Oooh! I *never* buy music because I hardly ever listen to it at home, but this will have to be an exception.

I certainly don't hate it.

Ooh, now that's cheered me up considerably, thank you. And she looks absolutely incredible - I can't believe she's fifty.

I hope this means there'll be a tour, though if I remember correctly your experiences last time might make you less excited by the prospect than I would be.

Yeah, she was a stroppy cow, turning up really late to the 100 Club and stropping off at the RFH. The actual performance was great though.

I've not seen her since the banshees reunion. In fact I've not been to a gig since the banshees reunion thanks to some inconsiderate twat who spent most of the first half of the show with his arm digging into my side, which is no biggy for most people, but I had a kidney removed on that particular side nearly 25 years ago and the area is still painfull to this day, especially when pressure is put on it. When I politely asked him if he would move his arm he told me to bugger off to the back and then put more pressure on my side. It eventually had to take the intervention of the bouncer to get the idiot to stop hurting me. I hadn't been to a show since. I decided to bite the bullet last year and we went to saw Pink last year (big show, full of kids and weirdos but they were actually pretty polite) and the Indigo girls in Feb and I spend the run up to the shows in exitement but also fear that some one will do the same again.

I know what to expect at show and I've been to some really rough punk shows and I can tell you that people there are much more considerate than some of the banshee/Creatures shows, and I dont appreciate people who can't be bothered to queue but force their way to the front by hurting other people. I'm getting too old for this shit, and more and more people annoy me at gigs :(

I look forward to the album though

I enjoyed the Banshees reunion gig although it was so hot I ended up having to sacrifice my coveted spot at the front. I saw her again in the Festival Hall a couple of years ago and that was a lot more civilised. I don't tend to go to many gigs these days though, for similar reasons.

Not without risk of stating the obvious, oh my god, she's such a goth! Still, that's pretty good.

Zoinks, that's really good!

I don't know why I'm so surprised, given her continued ability to keep up with changing times, but damnit, she keeps doing it.

Still drinking from the fountain of eternal youth, I see ...
