I'm off to Whitby in just under three hours and I'm up a bit earlier than I would have been so I could make Simon's breakfast before he had to go to work today. So I've had time to do this rather nifty little lyrics quiz. From andypop:

All very well known songs (if you're vaguely goth/alternative), I removed the song title if it was in the lyrics and survived the translation as that would have been far too easy (all chopped from the end, so there are no gaps in the lyrics). awatson - All four correct. Yes, the title is repeated lots in the one you missed. It would have been stupidly easy if I'd left it in, but it actually only appears in this segment at the end.

I'm still stumped by the others. Although I'm doing my own now and seeing how it tends to mangle stuff might give me a better shot in a bit. Troule is, you need to be very familiar with the lyrics, as you have to spot the words that make it through unmangled. e.g. I got vision thing purely on the repetition of '25'
